Warehousing

MAPS central warehouse is located in the center of Kansas, USA. We also operate 50 distributed warehouses across the busy metro markets to keep critical components close to customers for same day replacement service.

Deployment

The MAPS Deployment system has evolved over 40 years into an efficient, unbeatable team of professionals who understand quality. Over 200 field technicians are strategically placed in metro areas. We install equipment, operate tools, and climb ladders, at all hours of the night and day.

Logistics

We stock your products in our warehouses and arrange/deliver the item (and optional technician) to your door, every day, weekends included. From cables to full checkout kiosks, we have you covered.

Break-Fix

We offer flexible full service Break-Fix programs, inluding Advance Exchange of tech hardware. We replace failed items with a known good item, then handle the shipping, repairs, and warranty for you, on our clock.

Help Desk Support

Our team of support professionals are at your beck and call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. We do not outsource this, all support personell are in Kansas, USA.

Staging

We provide equipment staging prior to shipment. This includes custom software configurations, filling specific Bill of Materials, and full truckload capacity.
